Where Lucky Numbers Come From

They are not arbitrary. Your favourable numbers are derived from your Moolank, the root number taken from the day of the month you were born, and your Bhagyank, the destiny number taken from your full date of birth.

Each number from 1 to 9 is governed by a planet, and planets relate to one another as friends, neutrals or rivals. The numbers friendly to your Moolank and Bhagyank are your favourable numbers. The ones traditionally at odds with both are the ones to be more careful with.

This is why lucky numbers differ from person to person, and why a general list of lucky numbers for everyone is meaningless.

The Point Is That You Can Do This Yourself

Once you know your Moolank, your Bhagyank and your favourable numbers, you can check any number that comes your way — a phone number, a vehicle registration, a flat number, a date — without asking anyone.

Reduce the number to a single digit and see whether it appears in your favourable list. That is the whole method. Anyone charging you repeatedly to check individual numbers is selling you something you can do in thirty seconds.

Colours, Days and Directions

The same planetary rulership gives colours, a day of the week and a direction. Sun for 1 with golden and orange tones and Sunday. Moon for 2 with whites and creams and Monday. Jupiter for 3 with yellow and saffron and Thursday. Venus for 6 with whites and pastels and Friday. Saturn for 8 with dark blues and Saturday. Mars for 9 with reds and Tuesday.

The practical use is modest and worth keeping modest. Wearing a favourable colour to an important meeting, scheduling something optional on a favourable day, or facing a favourable direction while working are small alignments that cost nothing. None of them is a mechanism, and treating them as one leads to superstition rather than practice.

Favourable Dates

The dates listed for you are simply the days of the month whose reduced value falls in your favourable set — so if 5 is favourable for you, the 5th, 14th and 23rd all reduce to 5.

Where you have a genuine choice of date for something optional — a launch, signing an agreement, starting something new — picking from these costs nothing. Where a date is fixed by circumstance, it is fixed, and no amount of numerology should push you into rescheduling something that matters around a digit.

Using This Sensibly

The honest framing is this: where you have a free choice at no extra cost, choose from the favourable side. Where the number or date is already fixed, note it and move on.

That covers almost every real situation. Picking a SIM from the options an operator offers, choosing between available vehicle registration numbers, deciding which of two optional dates to use. Those are free choices and worth making well.

What is not sensible: paying a premium for a number, changing a flat you already live in, rescheduling an important event, or reading significance into every number you encounter during a day. That direction leads away from a useful tool and into anxiety.

What About House and Flat Numbers?

Your flat number can be reduced and checked the same way, but it is fixed by the builder and cannot be changed, which changes the useful question entirely.

If it is favourable, that is a small pleasant fact. If it is not, the answer is emphatically not to move — it is to focus on the Vastu of the home itself, which carries far more weight than the number on the door. Anyone suggesting a house number is a serious problem has lost perspective.

Honest Limits
