What This Summary Does
The individual room checks go deep on one space at a time — the kitchen, the bedroom, the entrance. This does the opposite: it takes every main room at once and returns the overall placement picture in a single pass.
It is the fastest way to see whether a home has one significant finding or several, and which of them carries the most weight. That is usually the first thing anyone wants to know.
The Weighting
The rooms are not weighted equally. The main entrance carries the most, being the primary point of arrival. The kitchen, master bedroom, puja area and bathroom carry the next tier. The store room and living room carry the least.
That ordering reflects how a real assessment weighs them, and it is why the findings list is ordered rather than presented flat.
Take the First One or Two
This is the instruction that matters most, and it is the one most often missing from Vastu advice.
A household handed a list of six findings either does none of them, or does them all in one exhausting weekend and learns nothing about which mattered. Taking the top one or two, acting on them properly, and living with the change for a few weeks produces both a real result and an understanding of what caused it.
The rest will still be there later, and most of them will matter less than they appear to on a list.
A Middling Score Is Normal
Particularly for a flat, and it is worth saying plainly because a percentage is easy to read as a verdict.
Builders plan around plumbing stacks, structural loads, staircases, lift shafts and saleable area — not around directions. A flat scoring perfectly on every room would be unusual, and one scoring in the middle is simply a normal Indian flat.
What separates a home that feels good from one that feels heavy is rarely the count of findings. It is whether the one or two that genuinely matter have been attended to.
Placement Is Only Half of Vastu
This tool covers where rooms are, which is fixed in almost every flat. It does not cover how they are used, and that half is where nearly all the free corrections live.
Whether the north-east is clear or full of storage. Whether the south-west carries weight. Which way people sleep. Whether the entrance is clean and lit. Whether there are leaks left unattended. Whether balconies have become stores.
All of that is changeable, most of it costs nothing, and collectively it affects how a home feels at least as much as the placement of the rooms does. The Vastu Score check covers that side.
Get the Directions Right First
Every answer in this summary depends on knowing which zone each room actually falls in, and most people are wrong about that until they check properly with a compass.
Take a reading at the centre of your home, away from steel furniture and phones, before running this. A summary built on guessed directions is confidently wrong, which is worse than not having one.
