This policy applies to paid consultations, reports and any products offered through kkomalvasisht.com. We want you to feel fairly treated.

Free calculators
Our calculators are free to use. No payment, no refund applies to them.
Consultation bookings
- Cancellation by you: if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation, you may reschedule or receive a refund of the consultation fee, minus any payment-gateway charges.
- Late cancellation / no-show: cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, or missed appointments, are generally non-refundable, as the time was reserved for you. We may offer a one-time reschedule at our discretion.
- Cancellation by us: if we need to cancel or reschedule, you may choose a new time or a full refund.
Reports & digital products
- Personalised reports are prepared specifically for you. Once work has begun or a report has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable, because it cannot be "returned".
- If a delivered report contains a genuine factual error on our part (for example, the wrong birth details were used despite correct information being provided), we will correct and re-issue it at no cost.
Physical products
Where physical items (such as gemstones or spiritual products) are sold, any return eligibility, timelines and certification terms will be stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
How to request a refund
Email kkomalvasisht@gmail.com with your booking details and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank's timelines.
